Installation and training
We offer two flexible installation options to get your remote monitoring system up and running, with the choice to install it yourself with our training and support, or to have our experienced team manage the installation for you.
With the self-install option, we provide training to help your team understand the installation process, connect the hardware and set up the software.
For the full installation package, our team will install the monitoring nodes and set up your software connection for you, then provide training on the reporting dashboards and how the system works.
Ongoing support
We work with you to establish the right parameters and reporting requirements for your business, helping you focus on what matters and respond when action is required. The team are aware of the varying levels of risk management in individual businesses, that is why we take the time to understand your assets, processes and compliance requirements before tailoring the HSL Plexus solution to your needs.
