Steve Todd
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Steve combines extensive experience in technical and digital development with a passion for using technology to solve real-world challenges.
As the Co-Founder and developer of Plexus technology, he is constantly exploring new applications for IoT and similar technologies. Steve is driven by a practical approach to innovation and works closely with customers to understand their challenges and develop smarter solutions that provide meaningful data, improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
Kevin Belben
Commercial Director
Kevin brings extensive experience and industry knowledge to the HSL Plexus team.
With experience in water system management, compliance and remote monitoring, he works closely with facilities managers, social housing, healthcare providers, property owners and organisations to ensure the most effect solutions. He understands the practical pressures teams face when managing compliance, risk and resources and is passionate about finding smarter, more efficient solutions
Richard Waters
Regional Sales Manager (Midlands and South)
With 30 years’ sales experience, including extensive expertise in the water management sector, Richard brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong focus on customer service to the team.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on finding an effective solution for his clients, he continues to support them throughout their entire HSL Plexus journey by working closely with the teams to understand their needs and providing practical support.
Dr Paul McDermott
HSL Compliance Technical Director
Paul has an honours degree and PhD in microbiology. Paul has acted as expert witness in a number of Legionella enforcement cases and has contributed to the production of numerous Legionella-related guidance documents, most recently, including the NHS Estates Technical Bulletin No.2024/3. As part of his independent consultancy work, Paul provides HSL with advice and consultancy services in the capacity of Technical Director.
